  • Hourly consultations – for those wishing to do it themselves, but in need of direction and professional expertise. Pam will provide you with a list of recommended changes and an order of priority.
  • Full service – for those with newer homes. Includes everything from consultation to shopping and implementation.
  • Staging for empty homes – same as full service, plus selection and delivery of rented furniture.
  • Minor redesign – Generally this applies to older homes. This may involve selection and installation of carpet, tile, lighting and as well coordinating qualified professionals to install them.
  • Major redesign – This is typically reserved for homes that have been on the market and are not selling that could benefit from significant architectural change. For example, this might involve removing or moving a wall.
