.It
has been my pleasure to work with Pam during the past year.
She helped me choose the perfect wall colors, window treatments
and decorative accents for my home. She also helped me design
an adorable and fun room for my daughter with her creative and
ingenious ideas. I have found that she has the perfect approach
to decorating: carefully listened to my needs and interests
for my family's home and combining them with her professional
decorating expertise and creative talent to produce the beautiful
look that I had only imagined. I could not have asked for a
better person to have helped me realize my decorative vision!![]()

Interior Design Services
This is design for living and it's all about you! The initial consultation is for you to tell me about yourself. My list of basic questions will tell me how we need to proceed. Some clients are specific about their needs while others are open and in need of ideas and suggestions.
- What is your lifestyle?
- Do you entertain or are you a home-body?
- Are you mostly a do-it-yourselfer but need help in a specific area or two?
- Is this a project that you need to stretch out over time or do you have a specific deadline?
- What are your favorite colors and how would you describe your design style?
Color selections: I do everything from carpet, tile and counter-tops to paint colors. This is about the shell of the house. I also help with plumbing and lighting fixtures as well as cabinet hardware.
Space Planning: Everything from storage to furniture. It's not "where do I put this?" but "where will I find it?" It's also about form following function. The furniture has to be arranged in such a way that it is functional first and beautiful second. If the room looks absolutely gorgeous but you have to turn your head sideways to view the TV, it isn't a successful design.
Furniture: Often times I shop for clients for one piece or a whole house. If I can't find the perfect piece, I will have it custom made. This means everything from an upholstered piece to a built- in cabinet or dining room table, for example. If you need a piece reupholstered, I offer that service as well.
Accessorizing: This is the final stage of decorating
and often is what clients are the least skilled at. My goal
is to create an environment that looks better than my clients
had hoped for.
This involves using what they already have, shopping for new
accents or a combination of both. Visiting your home, we will
first determine what you have attachments to. Then I will augment
those pieces with additional items as needed. Some pieces that
you may not have attachments to, I use them in new ways that
make you fall in love with them for the first time or all over
again. Perhaps you have memorabilia or heirlooms that you would
like to display. I am full of creative ideas as to how to do
that.
Items in this area include pictures, greenery and florals, area
rugs, lamps as well as all the items used to decorate shelves
and table tops etc.
Window Treatments.: Everything from blinds and shutters to bedspreads, pillows and upholstery for theater room walls and furniture. I work with clients' specific needs be it light control, adding warmth and color to a room, or privacy. I bring fabrics to your home, order larger swatches as needed and design the treatments for each individual client. You can have exactly what you want be it simple to extravagant.
Theater Rooms: from design to installation, including the electronics.
